Exchange Policy

At Cinder and Smoke Candle Company, each product is carefully hand-poured and inspected before shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently offer exchanges only.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be undamaged
  • Item must be in its original manufactured condition
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust this timeframe if desired)

Items that have been burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used candles or wax products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to make it right.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
