At Cinder and Smoke Candle Company, each candle is hand-poured with care. We want you to enjoy your purchase as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives safely.
Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Because our candles are handmade, some items may be made to order. Processing usually takes just a few days, but can take longer during busy seasons. We will always work to get your order out as soon as possible.
Holidays: Please note that federal holidays may delay both processing and shipping times.
Shipping Rates
Retail Orders: Shipping is free on all retail purchases of $75 or more.
Wholesale Orders: Wholesale purchases are excluded from free shipping.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
